 – Misanthropic Propaganda является независимым лэйблом. Основным приоритетом реализации материала является его музыкальная и идеологическая ценность, соответствующая моим критериям.

 – Релизы каких форматов выпускает лэйбл?

 – На данный момент приоритетным форматом выпуска релизов является кассетный формат. Однако некоторые релизы запланированы либо уже реализованы в виде качественно оформленных CD-r дисков.

 – Я являюсь редактором журнала и хочу написать рецензию на материалы Вашего лэйбла. Могу ли я рассчитывать на бесплатную промо-копию релизов, и что я должен сделать, чтобы получить ее?

 – Специальных списков рассылки промо-материалов не существует. Для того, чтобы получить промо-диск с материалами для рецензии, Вам необходимо доказать существование Вашего журнала (либо веб-ресурса). Кроме того, если специфика Вашей работы не будет соответствовать вектору работы лэйбла, никаких высылок промо-материала осуществляться не будет.

 – Могу ли я выслать в адрес лэйбла свой материал для возможной реализации? Каковы требования и условия выпуска?

 – Это возможно, но не гарантировано. На данный момент лэйбл имеет определенные договоренности, поэтому вероятность привлечения новых исполнителей достаточно мала. Все условия выпуска релиза оговариваются персонально. Если материал заинтересует, Вы будете проинформированы. Высланные материалы назад не отправляются.

 – Я выслал на Ваш адрес электронной почты музыкальный фрагмент своей композиции – могу ли я рассчитывать на реализацию материала?

 – Никогда не высылайте свои музыкальные файлы по электронной почте – все сообщения подобного рода удаляются без ознакомления на стадии спам-фильтрования. Если Вы не считаете необходимым предоставить диск, я тем более не заинтересован тратить свое время и деньги на загрузку Ваших файлов.

 – "Я – участник музыкального проекта. Меня интересует реализация моей музыки на Вашем лэйбле. Я высылаю Вам ссылку на mp3-фрагмент – сообщите мне Ваше мнение после того, как Вы загрузите этот файл".

 – Схема действий и требований ничем не отличается от приведенной в предыдущем ответе.

Заказ материалов / Работа дистрибьюции

 – Как я могу заказать товар?

 – Для того, чтобы произвести заказ материалов, реализованных лэйблом, либо секции дистрибьюции, Вам необходимо проинформировать о заказе любым удобным для Вас способом (электронная почта, мобильная телефонная связь, почтовая служба). После этого Ваш заказ будет проанализирован, и Вы будете оповещены о доступности заказываемых материалов и сумме, необходимой к оплате.

 – Как скоро обрабатывается запрос при заказе материалов?

 – В среднем запрос обрабатывается в течение 24 часов с момента поступления заявки. Однако могут существовать задержки с ответом в случае отсутствия возможности связи – в таком случае ответ поступит по мере возможности.

 – В каком виде производится отправка материалов?

 – Все материалы отправляются заказной почтой, хорошо упакованными, с целью избежания повреждений в процессе пересылки.

 – Каким образом я могу оплатить свой заказ?

 – Методы оплаты зависят от Вашего места жительства. Более подробно о всех вариантах оплаты Вы можете узнать, посетив секцию "Ordering" сайта лэйбла.

 – Какие почтовые данные я должен указать при заказе продукции?

 – Необходимо указать Ваши полные Ф.И.О. (без аббревиатур) и полный почтовый адрес.

 – Я единовременно заказываю много товара – могу ли я рассчитывать на скидки?

 – Да, при формировании заказа действует дисконтная система – более подробная информация приведена в секции "Ordering". Также, для постоянных клиентов существуют дополнительные персональные скидки.

 – Как часто обновляется каталог дистрибьюции лэйбла на сайте?

 – Каталог и основные новости работы лэйбла планово анонсируются на сайте единожды в 1-2 месяца либо исходя из необходимости.

 – Как я могу уточнить у Вас окончательную стоимость заказа?

 – При каждом запросе о доступности материалов и их стоимости обязательно указывайте Ваше месторасположение – это позволит более оперативно проинформировать Вас о стоимости заказа и предпочтительном методе его оплаты.

 – Я сделал заказ на Вашем лэйбле, но материал не получил. Что делать?

 – Все заказы отправляются заказной почтой, имеющей фиксацию прохождения штрихкодом. Штрихкод сообщается по электронной почте после отправки заказа. Если Вы не получили заказ в течение 15 дней (Республика Беларусь) либо 45 дней (СНГ) Вам необходимо оповестить об этом. Далее почтовой службой будет проведена процедура розыска, по результатам которой лэйблом будет принято решение о компенсации (в случае кражи или утери) либо отправке иных материалов на выбор заказчика в случае, если заказанный ранее материал более не имеется в наличии.

 – Я могу приобрести Ваши релизы у какой-нибудь дистрибьюции в своей стране?

 – Список и контактные линки можно увидеть в секции "Mailorder", однако нет полной гарантии того, что релизы Misanthropic Propaganda доступны там на данный момент.

 – Как я могу узнать, что произошло обновление сайта, без ежедневного серфинга в интернет?

 – Вы можете подписаться на рассылку новостей от лэйбла, которая производится сразу же после обновления сайта. Для этого Вам необходимо на любой странице лэйбла заполнить графы подрубрики "Subscription", указав Ваши Ф.И.О. либо псевдоним и действительный адрес электронной почты.

 – Могу ли я зарезервировать продукцию?

 – Да, возможность резервирования присутствует, однако существует ограничение его по времени. Если в течение 30 календарных дней не будет получено оплаты, резервирование заказа снимается (в отдельных случаях сроки резервирования могут отличаться в большую или меньшую сторону).

Обмены и оптовые закупки

 – У меня есть в наличии некоторые релизы, которые я мог бы обменять. Практикуете ли Вы обмены?

 – Да, обмен является одним из наиболее предпочтительных методов пополнения секции дистрибьюции.

 – Каковы условия проведения обмена?

 – Все обмены проводятся согласно предварительной договоренности. Все обменные котировки стандартны.

 – Я – владелец дистрибьюции и хочу, чтобы релизы Вашего лэйбла присутствовали в моем каталоге. Могу ли я приобрести Ваши релизы по оптовым ценам?

 – Да. Итоговая сумма оплаты зависит от количества единовременно заказываемых позиций.

 – Каковы требования к упаковыванию релизов при осуществлении обмена?

 – Требования к упаковке зависят от формата отправляемых релизов.
1) Если Вы высылаете компакт-диски без коробок:
1.1) Ни в коем случае не упаковывайте диски в буклеты. Все диски упаковывайте либо в персональный CD-конверт, либо пакуйте их все вместе в "шпиндель", перетягивая все упаковочной пленкой и клейкой лентой, чтобы избежать их перемещения в процессе транспортирования. При этом обращайте внимание, чтобы пленка и лента не контактировали с рабочей поверхностью диска;
1.2) Все печатные материалы (буклеты, инлэи, внутренние карточки и т.д.) упаковывайте между листами плотного картона для того, чтобы избежать их повреждения. Эта же методика отправления релизов актуальна и для обменов по принципу "мастер-диски + обложки".
2) Если Вы высылаете аудиокассеты без коробок:
2.1) Упаковывайте обложки отдельно от аудиокассет между листами плотного картона;
2.2) Аудиокассеты упаковывайте в "bubble-pack", чтобы избежать их повреждения. В случае, если аудиокассеты не профессионально тампонированы, удостоверьтесь, что на каждой из них указан исполнитель и иная информация, необходимая для дальнейшей идентификации носителя и обложки.
3) Если Вы высылаете виниловые грампластинки:
3.1) При упаковывании желательно, чтобы виниловый носитель был вынут из конверта и упакован вне него. Это проводится с целью избежания повреждения торцев конверта, которые характерны при пересылке незакрепленных пластинок;
3.2) Конверт и диск упаковывайте между листами плотного картона, размерами, превышающими линейные размеры конверта пластинки на 10-20 мм в каждом направлении;
3.3) Для исключения возможности перемещения конверта и пластинки при пересылке закрепляйте их при помощи упаковочной пленки и клейкой ленты.

 – Я хочу продать Вам материалы по оптовой цене. Это Вас интересует?

 – Практически нет. Тем не менее, подобная возможность мизерна, но она существует.

 – What is internal policy of a label in releasing the music material? What are the main priorities?

 – Misanthropic Propaganda is an independent label. The main priority in releasing the music material is its musical and ideological values that are corresponding to my criteria.

 – What are the products formats the label releases?

 – At present a priority format of releases is the compact-cassette one. However, some releases are scheduled or were already released like qualitatively done CD-r discs.

 – I am an editor of the magazine and I want to review materials of your label. Can I expect for a free promo-copy of your label releases and what should I make to receive it?

 – There are no special lists for sending the promotional materials. If you want to receive the promo-disc with materials for the review, you must prove the existence of your magazine (or a web-resource). Besides, if your work direction is not corresponds to a vector of work of my label (ideological, musical, philosophical etc.), no any sending the promo-materials will happen.

 – Can I send to address of your label my material for possible releasing? What are the conditions and requests for producing?

 – It’s possible but it is absolutely not guaranteed. At present the label has the certain arrangements, therefore probability of attraction the new performers is too small. All conditions of releasing the stuff are stipulated personally. If the material is interesting for me – you will be informed. I don’t send back your promo-materials.

 – I have sent a musical fragment of the composition to your e-mail address – can I expect the realization of the material?

 – Never send the musical files by e-mail – all messages of a similar sort will be deleted without acquaintance at the stage of spam-filtering. If you do not see necessary to send a disk, I am obviously is not interested to spend the time and money for loading of your files from a web.

 – "I am a member of the band. I am interested in releasing my music via your label. I send you a link to mp3-fragment – inform me your opinion after your loading this file".

Ordering the materials / Distribution work

 – How can I order the goods?

 – For making the order the materials released by the label or distribution section, it is necessary for you to inform me about the order with any method that is convenient for you (by e-mail, mobile telephone, icq, the mail service etc.). After that your order will be analyzed and you will be informed about the availability of ordered materials and the total sum for payment.

 – How quickly the request for the order will be done?

 – The average time of processing the request is 24 hours from the moment of receiving the application. However there are can be delaying in answering in situations of absence of an opportunity of connection – this way the answer will arrive as quickly as possible.

 – What way the sending of materials will be done?

 – All orders are going to be send by registered postage, well-packed way for the avoiding of damages during transportation.

 – How can I pay the order?

 – Methods of payment depends on your residence. You can find out all variants of payment in details inside "Ordering" section of this site.

 – What mail data need to be indicated from my side to ordering?

 – You need to write your full first name / middle initial / last name (without abbreviations) and full mail address.

 – I am doing the large order with a big quantity of stuff – can I receive the discount?

 – Sure, the discount system is available during the formation the order – there is detailed information in "Ordering" section. Also, there are additional personal discounts for constant clients.

 – What is period of the distribution catalogue updates on the web-pages?

 – The catalogue and the basic news of the label work is planned to be announced once in 1-2 months or accordingly to necessity.

 – What way can I specify the final cost of the order?

 – Please, specify you correct location at each inquiry about availability of item and its cost – it will give me more operative possibility to inform you about the price of the order and preferable method of its payment.

 – I have made the order from your label but the material has not arrived. What must I do?

 – All orders are going to be shipped by registered post that having fixing of passage by a tracking number. The tracking number is informed to you by e-mail after the sending the order. If you have not received the order within 45 days (Europe) or 60 days (World) you must inform me about that. Further the local mail service will conduct a procedure of searching the package. After the receiving the results the label shall make a decision on indemnification / re-sending (it will be accepted in a case of theft or losing the package) or sending the other materials in a choice of the customer in case the material ordered earlier is not available in stock anymore. Anyway, I believe it must not happen because in all 7 years the working the label only 2 or 3 unpleasant moment happened.

 – Can I order your label releases in any distributions in my country?

 – You can see the list and contact links inside the "Mailorder" section. However there is no complete warranty that Misanthropic Propaganda’s releases are accessible there at present.

 – How can I find out that there was an updating the site without daily surfing in the Internet?

 – You can subscribe for dispatching the news from the label, which is made at once after updating a site. For this purpose you need to fill in any page of the label site the columns of a "Subscription" sub-section with putting the yours first name, middle initial, last name or a pseudonym and the valid e-mail address.

 – Can I reserve the items?

 – Sure, the possibility of reservation the items is available. However there is its restriction in time. If there is no payment within the 30 calendar days – reserving the order is cancelled (in some situations the terms of reservation may differ in the bigger or smaller terms).

Trades and wholesale purchases

 – I having in stock some releases and I can trade them. Do you do trades?

 – Sure, the trade is one of the most preferable methods of an updating the distribution section.

 – What are the conditions of trade providing?

 – All trades are carried out according to the preliminary arrangement. All exchange quotations are standard or are discussed individually.

 – I am the owner of distribution and I want to receive your label releases to my catalogue. Can I acquire your releases with wholesale prices?

 – Yes, you can. The total amount of payment depends on quantity of ordered items. Everything is discussed personally.

 – What are the requests to providing the packages for the trade?

 – Requests to packing the stuff depending on a format of sent releases.
1) If you send compact discs without jewel boxes:
1.1) Never packs disks into booklets. All disks should be packed into a personal CD-envelope or pack them all together into the "spindle" and then draw all pack by a film and a sticky tape to avoid their moving during transportation. Thus pay attention that the film and a sticky tape did not contact to a working disk surface;
1.2) Pack all printed materials (booklets, inlay, internal cards etc.) between sheets of a dense cardboard to avoid their damage. The same technique of departure the releases is actual and for the trades with a principle "masters-disks + covers ".
2) If you send audiocassettes without jewel-boxes:
2.1) Pack the covers separately from audiocassettes between sheets of a dense cardboard;
2.2) Pack audiocassettes into the "bubble-pack" to avoid their damage. In case if audiocassettes are not professionally manufactured make sure that the performer name and other information for the further identification of the tape and a cover is indicated on the body of item.
3) If you send vinyl LP’s:
3.1) During the packing it’s desirable that the vinyl disk has been taken out from an envelope and packed outside of it. It is carried out with the purpose of avoidance of damaging the corners of an envelope which are characteristic at transfer of loose plates;
3.2) Pack the envelope and vinyl disk between sheets of a dense cardboard, the sizes of the cardboard sheet must exceed the linear sizes of an LP envelope on 10-20 mm’s in each direction;
3.3) For the excluding an opportunity of moving of an envelope and a plate during the sending fix them with a packing film and a sticky tape.

 – I want sell you my items in a wholesale price. Is it interesting to you?

 – No in most cases. Nevertheless, the similar opportunity is scanty one but it exists.
