This section wasn't planned to be the part of this site during its creation. But...
   This section of my site has been set up in order to alert the traders and label owners about each case of falsehood and incompetent trade situations I have had within my label work (even if my loss was small in price). Yes, this section is about those cases which are considered like "rip-off's". Honest underground is not a place where commercial pigs would find their "food". I hope that my information about each case of problem I have had with rip-offers will bring some hindrances for their future activity, that’s why the problems are corroborated by all information about trades and hidden there persons.
   Anyway, each one who is listed here can solve his problem with using of one of 3 ways:
   1. If I received the promised stuff;
   2. If I received the payment for my stuff;
   3. If my stuff was returned me the same condition and quantity I sent it previously with total compensation of postal prices.
   Each case is also completed with information about my loss (for the European territories) and name of items which were stolen. Everybody must understand, if he received any of written stuff from the hands of these thieves he received the stolen items.

   Micic Milorad / Knjaz Nazgul – Underground Resistance (Serbia)

   In the very beginning of June 2006 a. b. he sent me his catalogue with information about trade possibility. Very quickly we have achieved the agreement of trading and I sent him my part of trade in June 09, 2006 a. b. (4 mini-CD’s, 5 CD’s, 5 MC’s and master with 10 MC covers were included to my pack) for his stuff (10 CD’s and 1 mini-CD). He told me he sent his items the same day. After the 1.5 months of waiting I received nothing from him and just asked him if he received my items and what’s up with his part of trade. He answered me quickly, that he has received my stuff and that he already told me that he asked the postal workers about the fate of his pack and they told nothing to him.
   Here is real "shorthand record" of his information back from August 6, 2006 a. b.:
   "Yes brother we have received your package, but as I told you last time I send a warrant for our package but still we don't have any answer from our local post office, well the only think what we can do now is to send a new package on monday but in case that you receive the first one you should send us this second one, ok? On monday we will ship a new one".
   It was real surprise for me because I didn’t told him about any problem with his stuff till this message, so I think I’m not the only one who was thieved by himself. Since that day I have been heared nothing from him even if few messages were sent him. I'm totally sure that I’ll have nothing in future.
   Through few weeks after the trading with him I have found in the web information that he tried to rip-off Ukrainian labels Propaganda and Griffin Music. Sadly, but this information was a little bit late for me.
   He can contact with using the names: Miki, Moloch, Konstantin and Knjaz Nazgul (he contacted me like Miki and Knjaz Nazgul). Be attentive!
   The last contact sources I had are:

   P.S. I having also information that French label Flamme Noire was also ripped by himself for 25 CD's with using this "standard scheme".
   P.P.S. After the sending my alert message I received a lot of "optimistic" answers so now I can observe the real situation with this bastard:
   1. Lithuanian Ledo Takas was ripped him for 12 CD's, few MC's and vinyl's and few shirts. Like in my case he telling Tadas the same information about lost parcels etc.;
   2. Romanian Mirgilus Siculorum is ripped for 16 magazines, the price of loss is 96 Euros + postal rates;
   3. Stunde Des Ideal from Germany is ripped for 15 CD's;
   4. Finnish Bestial Burst was near to be ripped-off by him, but my message arrived to Sami in time: "Thanks for the warning! That guy e-mailed me last week and proposed a trade, mail sent my "Miki" and signed by "Morbid", from the same nosferatu@EUnet.yu e-mail address. Anyway, it looked too shady to start with, he offered СD's no serbian underground trader could possibly have, and I'm glad I passed it!";
   5. Chile based label Southern Warfare is also ripped, I don't know the loss amount in this case but information exists on his web-pages;
   6. French Altsphere label owner Jeff sent him some CD's and vinyl's, no answer here.
   Also, he ripped such labels like Osmose, ATMF, Black Plague, Sabbathid and Polish VENEDAE band.
   And make a note, according to information from Southern Warfare and Sabbathid this thief has changed the name of his phantom service to Old Troll Distribution, so he can use now different names. Be careful in contacts with Serbia if you don't know the label!    Christian Felipe Paucar Toledo (Peru)

   I publish here the information from Armando Mutilator, the only owner of Peruvian Deaththrasher label and magazine. In fact that above-written Christian Felipe Paucar Toledo tried to rip me off with false promises about the reviewing of my releases etc. I have heard something unpleasant about his name and then I have contacted Armando about the e-mail I have received under the name of Deaththrasher. He told me that I am right and this is rip-off sending. Well, we have decided to put information about this pig for the avoiding of possible new rip-offs. Here is the official Deaththrasher declaration.
   This jerk called Christian Felipe Paucar Toledo, he has been ripping-off several bands, labels and magazines around the world, using the name of the well-known magazine Deaththrasher. Deaththrasher magazine has nothing to do with this scum, whose only goal was to obtained free stuff from people in the metal world. His "technique" included the offering of the front cover of the magazine, tour dates in Lima (Peru), and songs in a compilation he said he was working on. This scum also included t-shirts and the claim of a supposed manager or a supposed co-editor, that never existed, but who was always rushing bands to send their material as soon as possible, with the excuse of a deadline. This asshole never had anything, was never the part of any magazine, never had a manager, never had a co-editor, neither a record label nor a website!!! He is just a simple bastard who likes to get stuff for free and then sells it in a place called "Galerias Brasil" in Lima.
   Now this scum has been uncover he is using the name of Occultism magazine, The Averno Obsculum zine, Averno magazine or Nazca fanzine and the nicknames of Lord Ocultus, Lord Barathrum, Lord Mortum, Lord Noctum Funeris, Lord Mactus, Lord Pactum, Lord Neburus, Ricardo Infectus, Verito, Verito Arnao, Verito Inca, Veronica Arnao, Luis, Christopher Crispin etc., for the same purposes explained lines above. There is no proof of the existence of such magazine, in fact if any of you guys ask him for a copy or whatever, he won't send you anything because that publication does not exist. He is not using his real name Christian Felipe Paucar Toledo anymore because he knows that everybody is awared of his "practices".

    If you receive any e-mail from this delinquent write now to his server; his server is Telefonica Del Peru, write to gestionip@telefonica.net.pe and denounce him, resend his mail to them! If he wrote from a hotmail account, not problem, Telefonica Del Peru have the ip of the delinquent, you only must re-send the e-mail. Resend the e-mail to abuse@hotmail.com too.

   In October 2005 a. b. I received the e-mail with trade offer. November 17, 2005 a. b. I sent him my part of trade (master’s + 20 MC covers) for his stuff (9 MC’s). Then silence from his side happened. After few e-mail’s with question if he had received my stuff in the beginning 2006 a. b. he answered me positively and told that he have had any problems with police and prison because of driving the car in tipsy condition, but he promised to send his stuff quickly. Till now I have nothing from him, even if few e-mail's were send him within last 6 months.
